The Annual Report for the Hendry County SHIP Program for the year 2015/16, 2016/17, and 2017/18 will be submitted to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation (FHFC) by September 26, 2018. This report details the County’s affordable housing program funded by the Sadowski Affordable Housing Act funded by the State of Florida. This report will include the accomplishments of the program as of June 30, 2018.
The Hendry County Board of County Commissioners will review this report at its meeting on September 25th, 2018, Hendry County Courthouse, Commission Chambers, 25 E. Hickpochee Ave., LaBelle, Florida at 5:00 p.m. or soon as thereafter as the matter may be heard. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.

The Hendry County SHIP Program Annual Reports will also be available for public inspection and comment in the Hendry County Housing Department located at 133 N. Bridge Street, LaBelle, FL beginning September 10th, 2018. Members of the public may submit written comments on the report at any time to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation (FHFC). Written public comments shall identify the author by name, address and interest affected. Written public comments received prior to the meeting will be included with the report.
