ILLEGAL DUMPING

ORDINANCE NUMBER 88-9

No person shall throw, place or deposit, or cause to be thrown, placed, or deposited any solid waste of any kind into or on any of the public streets, roads, highways, bridges, lands, or upon the premises of any other person within the unincorporated area of the County except as specifically authorized by the Board for the disposal of such solid waste. It is unlawful for any person to collect or transport solid waste for hire or remuneration or other consideration in any form without first having a County franchise agreement or securing permission from the franchise hauler. All disposal required by this Ordinance shall be done only at a County designated or approved Solid Waste facility.
