The Heartland Regional Transportation Planning Organization (HRTPO) is seeking comments from the public on the draft Transportation Improvement Program from May 10 – June 9, 2017. After the comment period closes and all input has been considered, the draft TIP will be presented for final adoption to the HRTPO Board on June 21, 2017, after seven (7) days public notice.
